The Unseen Storm (COVID 19)

A tiny invader, a world unprepared,
The focus shifts sharply, a danger declared.
From drought and disaster, to illness anew,
The world holds its breath, what will we do?

In homes and in hospitals, stories unfold,
Lives interrupted, futures on hold.
Isolation's grip, a heavy weight lies,
But resilience flickers, in tear-filled eyes.

A global response, a collective fight,
Science seeks answers, day and night.
Borders and barriers, momentarily cease,
United we stand, in this fragile peace.

The scars will be lasting, the lessons profound,
A chance to rebuild, on a stronger ground.
For in the face of hardship, humanity persists,
With hope as our compass, and love in our fists.
