Confessions of a Passport Stamp Collector: The World is My Oyster

Ah, the travel bug! It stung me in 1998, not on a pristine beach, but in the heart of the Omani desert. Fresh out of business school, I found myself working for a construction materials company, living amidst the rugged beauty of a wadi (a dried riverbed). Talk about an unconventional start to a lifelong travel addiction!

Four Passports Deep and Still Counting

Fast forward to today, and my wanderlust is stronger than ever. I've explored countless countries, filling four passports with 60-page testaments to my adventures. Yet, gazing at my map, I see a vast expanse of white – a constant reminder of the countless journeys yet to be taken.

Beyond Borders: A Different Kind of Snob

Some might call me a travel snob, but forget luxury resorts. My indulgence lies in the thrill of international exploration. Each new culture, every unique landscape, becomes a coveted stamp in my passport – a badge of honor for venturing beyond the familiar. Domestic destinations, while potentially charming, just can't compete with the intoxicating mystery of a foreign land.

Sharing the Stories

Documenting my travels isn't just about collecting memories. It's about reliving those incredible experiences and sharing them with friends and family. Maybe my tales will inspire others to pack their bags and discover the magic that awaits beyond their doorstep.

The Adventure Continues...

With an insatiable appetite for exploration, the question isn't "if" I'll travel again, but "where" to next? Will I conquer that vast white space on my map, one adventure at a time? One thing's for sure, my travel stories are far from over. Stay tuned for the next chapter!
